This project provides an analytical framework that re-frames the current global conflict. It is not left vs. right, but a struggle between three forces:
Maximisers: Those who seek to expand human potential, cooperation, and freedom.
Minimisers: Those who seek to reduce human potential and sow chaos.
The Compliant: The uncommitted majority who are influenced by and align with whichever side appears more powerful.
The Core Idea: War Has Changed, and We Haven’t Noticed
To understand what’s happening, you first have to accept a fundamental truth: physical warfare is strategically stupid.
All war, from day one, is an economic siege. The goal is to make the enemy’s society collapse so their leader is either overthrown or forced to surrender. But dropping bombs and sacrificing soldiers is the most inefficient way to do this. It’s a “one step forward, ten steps back” strategy where you actively destroy your own economic base (by losing taxpayers and spending trillions on weapons) to achieve your goal.
The architects of the Minimisation Plan—a Sino-Russian axis—understand this. They’ve pivoted to a far more effective strategy: a philosophical and economic war that convinces the enemy to destroy itself, at no cost to them.
This philosophical war began when Gilles Deleuze (Phonetically; ‘Guile Delusion’) developed Deleuze’s reversal of Plato to say that, instead of ideas coming from a fundamental truth, fundamental truths are born from lies. The core of it is that things cannot be 100% true, essentially a fancy way of saying “Hmm, maybe 1 doesn’t actually equal 1 despite all proof and evidence”, it’s a really mocking way to say 1+1 isnt two and is the birthplace of the philosophy we all know and despise
Delusionism; A Philosophy where everything’s made up and the facts don’t matter, where the truth is nothing more than an inconvenience to frame your lies, or it’s an outright insult to your intelligence

The Minimisation Plan: The Doctrine of Delusionism
The Minimisation Plan is the designation for a multi-decade grand strategy designed to systematically erode the institutional and social cohesion of Western democracies. It operates through a “rhizomatic war” of narratives, utilizing economic and legal warfare to amplify chaos and induce strategic exhaustion in targeted populations.
The Goal: Make democracy appear so chaotic, corrupt, and broken that it becomes ungovernable.
The Battlefield: The minds of the general population—what the plan calls “The Compliant.”
The Method: Don’t argue with facts. Create a more powerful, emotionally resonant, and completely manufactured reality that overwrites the truth. The objective is to engineer a state of total cynicism and societal disgust.
Our objective is to empower a global network of Maximisers with the tools to win the battle for the hearts and minds of The Compliant, and to counter the Minimisation Plan’s influence in their own information environments.
The Narrative of Decay
A core tactic of the Minimisation Plan is to create the very problems it claims to solve. Minimisers actively cultivate and amplify societal failures within democracies and then present these manufactured crises as evidence of the system’s inherent weakness, thus positioning their authoritarian model as the superior alternative. This is a strategy of manufactured justification.
Their propaganda follows a consistent script, pointing to Western democracies and stating:
- “Look how their democracy creates evil and corrupt leaders.” (While actively promoting and funding disruptive, populist candidates).
- “See how their freedom allows Nazis and extremists to roam the streets.” (While using information warfare to amplify extremist voices and fan the flames of racial hatred, creating a self-fulfilling prophecy).
- “Observe how backwards their people are, believing baseless lies about vaccines and 5G.” (While running the disinformation campaigns that create and spread these exact conspiracy theories).
- “Watch as their economies collapse time and time again.” (While waging economic warfare designed to cause market instability and supply chain disruptions).
- “Notice how careless they are with the planet.” (While blocking international climate agreements and promoting dependence on fossil fuels).
- Ultimately the logical conclusion is “Look at democracy and see how you shouldn’t let it continue” The strategy is to turn the population against itself. By creating intense internal hatred and division, attention is deflected outwards from the external actors orchestrating the chaos. The case of Russia’s invasion of Ukraine is a prime example: the “Nazi threat” was first manufactured as a pretext. Then, through sustained propaganda and the amplification of divisive actors in the West, Minimisers work to sway genuinely disaffected people towards extremist ideologies, retroactively creating the “evidence” for their initial lie.
The Trump-Epstein Reputation Flip, The “TERF Bomb” the crux of the plan relies on a manufactured disinformation bomb known publicly as “The Epstein Files”
The ultimate expression of this strategy is what I call the TERF Bomb (Trump Epstein Reputation Flip). With Trump-Epstein-Elon being the tee off or stating point for the epstein snowball
This is the kill shot. The architects of the plan aren’t interested in the complex truth of who did what in the Epstein case. They are using the undeniable horror of the scandal to launch a single, devastating narrative missile:
“The entire Democratic political establishment is a pedophile ring.”
This narrative is a strategic weapon designed to achieve several things at once:
It Destroys Trust Permanently: Once this idea takes root, it makes all governance impossible. Every debate, law, or election can be dismissed with “but they’re all pedos.”
It’s Emotionally Un-Debatable: You cannot fight this narrative with a spreadsheet of facts. It’s an attack on a deep moral and emotional level. Trying to argue nuance (“he only flew on the plane twice”) makes you look like a defender of monsters.
It Forces a Binary Choice: It deliberately frames the situation so there is no middle ground. Either you accept that everyone implicated is guilty and the system must be burned down, or you’re a “pedo-apologist.”
We already know Trump is in the files
There’s no possible answer to the question of “Why haven’t they released the files?” aside from “They’re using it as a reputation bomb to stain their enemies”, and their enemies are democracy itself and anyone associated with it. Ensuring the maximum possible chaos as believable cover for more monstrosities as Trump has proven time and time again as his Modus Operandi of always tell a bigger Lie
The Files are deduced as being kept as a Christmas present. To cause the most chaos it should make use of the chaos the west inflicts upon itself and Christmas is the biggest holiday of the western year with people travelling and indebted to buy gifts for other people.
You get everything you wished for “Republicans release the Epstein files and arrest Trump” but the monkey paw curls “Republicans release the Epstein files and arrest Trump, but also Obama, Clinton, and Celebrities too” or “Someone should stop Trump, permanently” but “by Putin in their next meeting”
Imagine the sheer chaos that would ensue if in a live event, Putin and Trump meet in Moscow, as they go to shake hands Putin shoots him in the face, the Epstein files get released and Trump was the ringleader? Who’s right and wrong in that hypothetical situation? Do the Democrats side with Russia because Putin shot trump? do they side with Trump against Russia who they thought was working with Russia the whole time? The only answer to that equation, without knowing an idea of the plan is questions and inevitable chaos

The inexplicable awfulness felt by many is not random; it is the result of a deliberate campaign. Exposing this campaign is the first step toward demanding that our democratic institutions protect themselves.
